Overview
Íhshiēāíhp Se was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1495, by Mp̪ftór Vúónḱ 'Heaven Eloise' Haw̄ Ca̋nvé̄r Ya̋mp̪f̄y Guynne. The establishment of Íhshiēāíhp Se was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Mp̪ftór Vúónḱ 'Heaven Eloise' Haw̄ Ca̋nvé̄r Ya̋mp̪f̄y Guynne electing to pay people to resettle in Íhshiēāíhp Se.
Íhshiēāíhp Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Íhshiēāíhp Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Íhshiēāíhp Se is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of spacious cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The town's robustly designed timber walls have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Íhshiēāíhp Se has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Íhshiēāíhp Se’s streets.

Íhshiēāíhp Se has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Íhshiēāíhp Se. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Íhshiēāíhp Se's parks.

Íhshiēāíhp Se possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Íhshiēāíhp Se's grid is powered by an arcane means.
Íhshiēāíhp Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Íhshiēāíhp Se's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes
Religious leaders are influential in almost any community, but in Íhshiēāíhp Se they make up the final authorities. It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will. The locals can be expected to be loyal adherents to the faith, or else the less pious majority is deeply intimidated by the religion’s believers.
Íhshiēāíhp Se's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
In Íhshiēāíhp Se all of the cats speak the local language with prefect diction.
The Caterwaul near Íhshiēāíhp Se are known to be quite timid.
Íhshiēāíhp Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves sacrificing an animal to channel Illusion energies of tier 2 via recitation of scripture.
